BUTTER PRAWNS

Ingredients

1) shelled prawn - medium size (300g)
2) eggs - lightly beaten (2)
3) oatmeal (5 tablespoon)
4) curry leaf (1 stem)
5) bird (5)
6) chopped shallot (3 cloves)
7) chopped garlic (2 cloves)
8) chicken stock (1/4 cup)
9) butter (3 tablespoon)
10) pepper
11) sugar (a bit)
12) salt (a bit)
Directions

First, deep-fry the prawns in the hot oil for about 1 minutes

Then,  remove and put it aside

Next, reduce the oil and put in the butter. When it melts, pour in the eggs and stir well

This is followed by the garlic, shallot, chicken stock, bird’s eye chillies, curry leaves, salt, pepper and sugar.

When the aroma rises and curry leaves wilt, put in the prawns and oat meal. Stir till the prawns and all the ingredients are evenly mixed.

The butter prawns are ready to be served
