Ingredients

  • udang (1/2 gram)
  • mentega (2 sudu)
  • 4 ulas bawang putih (dicincang)
  • cili benggala
  • daun kari
  • soy sauce
  • garam & gula secukup rasa
Directions

  1. cairkan mentega dikuali
  2. tumis bawang putih & daun kari (hingga naik aroma)
  3. masukkan udang,cili benggala & sedikit soy sauce
  4. gaul rata
  5. masukkan garam & gula secukup rasa.

note : hidangan ini dalam anggaran hidangan utk 2/3 org.
