Rasa Asli Kari Sejati


Ingredients

8oz package Philly Cream Cheese (room temperature)
1/2 cup mentega (room temperature)
1/2 tsp essen vanilla
2 - 3 cups confectioner's sugar (ikut cita rasa sendiri) - diayak
Directions

  1. Mentega dan cream cheese dipotong dadu.
  2. Pukul mentega dan cream cheese dengan menggunakan hand mixer sehingga sebati. Kalau takde hand mixer penat lah kalau nak pukul guna whisk.
  3. Campurkan essen vanilla dan dipukul sebentar lagi.
  4. Campurkan separuh gula dan dipukul lagi.
  5. Kemudian, campurkan baki gula dan dipukul sehingga sebati.
  6. Dah sedia pun. Boleh digunakan untuk menghias kek atau cupcakes. 
  7. Memang krim cheese frosting nih senang cair so kalau tak jadi makan immediately, mesti nak simpan dalam fridge.
