Ingredients

1 tub Japanese/silken tofu- mashed
2 nos egg whites- lightly beaten
3 tbs light soy sauce
50 ml low fat milk
Pepper to taste
1/4 no red onion- thinly sliced/roughly chopped
1 clove garlic- chopped
1/4 no red capsicum- cubed
1/4 no green capsicum- cubed
1 no tomato- sliced
3 tbs extra virgin olive oil
Mixed green salad
Whole meal/ multi grain bread

Directions

1.    Combine the mashed silken tofu, egg whites, light soy sauce, low fat milk, pepper and set aside.
2.    Heat up the extra virgin olive oil and sauté the vegetables until translucent.
3.    Pour in the tofu mixture and stir for 1 minute on a medium fire.  Remove from heat and serve it with whole meal/multi grain bread and mixed green salad.

peach kurang skit ngan tofu ni...tapi rasa cam nk cuba yg ni..mana tau resipi ni bole kena ngan selera peach..
