Ingredients

Cooking Oil (3 tbs)
Garlic (5 cloves) - minced
Red Onion (1 no) - thinly sliced
Red Bird's Eye Chilies (5 nos)
Fishballs (10 nos) - halved
Water (1.5 liters)
Marmite (1 tablespoon)
Fish Keropok (10 pieces)
Yellow Egg Noodles (500 gm) - blanched
Tiger Prawns (300 gm) - shelled & cleaned
Mustard Greens / Sawi (1 bundle) - cut into pieces
Salt (to taste)
Black Peppercorns (1 tsp) - cracked
Bean Sprouts (200 gm)
Green & Red Chilies (5 nos) - sliced
Light Soy Sauce (1/2 cup)
Directions

Heat the cooking oil in a heavy saucepan and saute minced garlic, red onion and birdís eye chilies until fragrant

Add in fish balls water, Marmite, fish keropok and let it boil until the kerepok is softened.

Add in the blanched yellow noodles, prawns, salt, black peppercorns and mustard greens.  Let it simmer for 3 minutes and remove from heat.

Garnish with raw bean sprouts and serve with chili in light soy sauce.
