Tiger Prawn

Tger prawns are Naturally meaty and oily. Tiger prawns can be used in a wide variety of recipes, ranging from prawn cocktail to stir-fried prawns and prawn curry.


•  Cooked, peeled tiger prawns can be served in salads, sandwiches or stirred into cooked pasta just before serving.
•  To stir-fry prawns, heat a little oil in a frying pan and stir-fry whole tiger prawns for 5-6 minutes or until pink.
•  Tiger prawns can also be grilled or poached.
